Caffeine to be banned from Heather!

It is currently almost 2 am and I am still wide awake. I am not one to drink caffeine very regularly and never past lunch time. Well, I splurged and drank lots of sweet tea tonight. Anyone who is ever with me, don't let me do this to myself again. I feel like my eyelids are taped wide open tonight. I will not be feeling so chipper in the morning though. Anyways, I thought I would write a little. Maybe then, I will be able to fall into some sweet slumber! Hee hee.

Life has been really going bye way too fast here lately. My baby girl is already 19 months old and practically becoming a little lady. Her vocabulary expands daily and she is now saying some multiple word phrases. I made a list of words at 18 months that she said on a regular basis and I got to about 150 words before I quit. She takes after the Van Dyke side to say the least. If you know Audie then I need to say no more. We have also discovered that she can be quite the actress. If Chris and I make a big deal about any injury that she has during the day, she is sure to milk it for all its worth. If we make no big deal over it she would bleed to death and barely make a peep. She is just like her mama in that aspect. I can take some pain, but if I think I can get a little sympathy, I become an easy candidate for an Oscar Award! I like to be pampered at times too!

Michaela and I went to Tupelo to meet Audie halfway yesterday. We had a great time. We wanted to go to the park, but the weather was unpredictable, so we basically chased Michaela around the mall. She took her first Carousel ride and it was a big hit. She loves "horsies." Chris and I have bruised knees to prove it. She says "Hawsie mommy!" Of course, I give in and we take a ride around the room. Back to the trip, we had a fab time with Aunt Audie and I was convinced I was going to lose it if I heard the name Audie again for a while. Michaela must have said Audie about 100 times yesterday. I am not even exaggerating. It was even still being chanted as she was in her crib going to sleep last night. Don't worry Katie, we will see you very soon and you can get recognized on here for your Auntie Coolness. Michaela mentions you on a regular basis as well.
I am starting to get droopy, so I will call it a night. I have tons and tons of pics to share and recent happenings to catch up on as well. I need to take about 15 minutes a day on here so I don't get so behind. I hope you all have a wonderful week.

Cute new pics! That's funny about Michaela and her injuries, Jake is the same way! I'm glad to know I'm not the only one with the overly dramatic kid! :)
